Finned tubular heating element:

Finned tubular heating element are ideal for air heating by convection, for stoves, industrial ovens, drying cabinets, air conditioners, etc. ..

They are made of up of tubular heating elements in stainless steel 1-4541, Ø 8.5 - 10 - 30 mm and are usually equipped with electrogalvanised steel fins.

Finned tubular heating element are supplied with gaskets or bolts. Electrical connection is made on flat terminals.

• Heating element AISI 321 equipped with stainless steel round fins (element  Ø 8.5 - 20mm), square fins (element Ø 16mm), or rectangular electrogalvanized steel fins (element Ø 8,5 - 10 - 16-20-30mm)

• Equipped with crimped steel fittings

• Supplied with washers and fittings

• Electrical connection on terminal strips

• Watt density on the tube surface (W/cm2) depending on temperature and flow

• Power, voltage and immersion depth adapted to operating conditions

Options of finned tubular heating element:

• For use in food environments, corrosive and / or resistance to high temperatures, finned heaters (fins or tube sheath) will be made in stainless steel or enamelled

• Special forming

• Terminals for special corrosive atmosphere, wet or tropical
